Moreno Nigro

I’m the founder and CEO of Surface, an AI-powered leadership system designed to help leaders develop high-performing teams. By turning honest team input into actionable insight and clear guidance, Surface enables leaders to develop people effectively at scale to unlock high-performance and growth.I’m currently spending a gap year building this startup before pursuing my Master’s degree in General Management at the University of St. Gallen. Previously, I gained experience in strategy, transformation, customer experience and AI through internships at Mercedes-Benz, Persistent Systems, and Fossil Group, where I worked on projects ranging from global retail strategy and data-driven decision systems to enterprise AI and digital transformation. I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Zurich and also spent a semester studying abroad at the University of Technology Sydney.Outside of business, I’m also a music artist. I produce, write, sing, mix, and master my own songs, which have reached over 10,000 streams. For me, both music and entrepreneurship are about the same thing: creating something meaningful from scratch.I believe that by becoming the best version of myself, I can use my gifts and calling to contribute to something bigger than myself: making the world a better place.
